BRAHMA-BHUTA REIKI
Concept and Origin of Reiki

Brahma-bhūta Reiki is a healing method based on the ancient oriental tradition nowadays famous as Qigong.
The most credit for spreading the system, which is known now by the name Reiki, goes to Mikao Usui, a Japanese priest from Tendai school of Buddhism.
The system itself, however, went from India along with Vedic and Buddhist thought, and was transmitted all around the countries of the East throughout the centuries, dressed in the garments of various local traditions: Tao, Zen, Shinto, etc.
Brahma-bhūta Reiki is thus a simple and effective healing method that once again carries the spirit and dress of the Vedic culture, the Mother of all cultures.

Vedic Origin of Reiki Concept
Bhagavad-gītā, 18.54
brahma-bhūtaḥ prasannātmā na śocati na kāṅkṣati
samaḥ sarveṣu bhūteṣu mad-bhaktiṁ labhate parām
One who is thus transcendentally situated at once realizes the Supreme Brahman.
He never laments nor desires to have anything;
he is equally disposed to every living entity.
In that state he attains pure devotional service unto Me (God).
Usui Reiki Gainen (Concept)
Kyou dake wa ikaru na shin pai su na
Kansha shite gou wo hageme
Hito ni shinsetsu ni
Just today (always): anger not; worry not.
Do your duty with appreciation (open hearted).
Be kind to other living beings.
